DWB Insurance Black motorists can now purchase insurance against police harassment for DWB: Driving While Black. Subscribers to a package of prepaid legal services can purchase additional "Legal Shield" coverage as well, which provides them with a toll-free number to a consulting attorney, available 24-7, and a membership card to show police. The monthly fee for the package, which covers general civil matters, is $16; Legal Shield is an additional $1.
